OUR MISSION

To be a safe, supportive, long-term home filled with hope for families facing a life-threatening medical crisis.

Our Response to COVID-19

Brent’s Place has been entrusted to provide a safe and clean place of respite for families undergoing life-saving treatment at local hospitals. Our vigilance to carry out this mission is only heightened in the face of the current public health crisis. Thanks to the unwavering support of our community of donors and volunteers, we are able to answer this call of duty and protect our vulnerable population.

With the increased number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the state of Colorado, we turned to experts at our hospital partners and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for guidance on how to best protect the families living at Brent’s Place. Based on their recommendations, we have implemented the following screening policies and visitor restrictions:

● No visitors will be allowed at any Brent's Place facility. Only registered residents living full time at Brent’s Place and essential staff will be permitted to enter.

● All group programming and associated volunteer services have been suspended.

● Comprehensive and ongoing screening will be administered.

Brent’s Place is committed to charting a vigilant, well-informed and proactive approach to protect the safety of everyone that depends on our service.
